For input on the various party functions we can perform, click on the event link that is of interest to you. Let me take a few paragraphs to talk sound with you. If you've ever been to a function, and were unable to hear what the mc was talking about, that is largely an issue with sound. As a performer, I have always been crazy about sound. You might say, I've been obsessed with achieving the best possible sound. Sound is what moves you.

I've put together some of the best, portable pieces in the business. Since all the speakers have internal, built in amplifiers, it is virtually impossible to lose the system except in the case of a total venue power failure. For the technocrats in the viewing audience, I start with 2 Mackie SRM-450's. They have one of the widest sound dispersions of any speaker I've seen. In other words, unlike many speakers which have the best sound right out in front of them, you can be at an almost right angle to these speakers and still get a good sound. That's important in most wide reception halls. The speakers are each rated for 450 watts, 250 being in the bottom range which is important for dancing. It allows you to "feel" the music. I also supplement the 500 watts of subwoofer with an additional JBL 250 watt dedicated subwoofer. That's a total of 1150 watts of power. That's plenty of power for between 100 to 500 attendees.

Weddings
Weddings are a great beginning to a new life. You will probably spend years dreaming of the day, and months planning for it. When the special day arrives, you will want most of all to have peace of mind. Thats' where we can help.

We plan to be with you every step of the way. We realize you've never planned a party like this before. We can put your mind at ease. We will discuss what you envision, and help turn it into reality. As a gracious host, you want most of all for your guests to have a truly great time. You want to talk about, and remember the event in a positive light for years to come. Smooth transitions and great entertainment are among the most memorable parts of the event.

You will look to your DJ as not just someone who cranks out some songs. You will rely on that person to be a master of ceremonies, a clear and concise communicator (on and off mic.), and a coordinator of all the many facets of the evening. The dj will need to interact with your photographer, videographer, catering and facility managers.

You will expect your DJ to an appropriately attired professional, and appropriate in manner and speech. You will expect your dj to impress and motivate your guests, without overshadowing the event. Your DJ should make sure that the music is at an acceptable volume, yet clear and pleasing.

You and your DJ should be on the same page. Early in the process, song selection and sequence should be discussed, and your wishes given strong consideration. Of course, here to, you can count on your dj to be a professional. If a request isn't deemed appropriate, or can be improved upon, you will certainly want to hear every viewpoint. Once an agreement is made, you should be able to count on your DJ to keep to the plan.

Reunions
Reunions are a time of nostalgia, and a time to reminisce. You will probably have an entertainment committee. They will undoubtably want a good song selection of tunes from the school era. They will be able to log onto our site, choose from a large selection of appropriate songs, and have the confidence that "their" DJ will come prepared to provide great dance and background selections of the groups choice.

Susan and I will be glad to meet and communicate with the appropriate planners to ensure a great evening of fun and entertainment. When we show up at least two hours prior to the event, we will be prepared to know and follow the groups wishes.

Retirement Parties
